Delivery time in the Netherlands & Belgium
Most popular items (sizes) are usually available from stock within 1 week in the Netherlands and Belgium. Items may be temporarily unavailable or produced to order (e.g. made-to-measure items). If so, you will be notified by email within 48 hours of placing your order. Items that are not in stock have a delivery time of 4 weeks.

Delivery time for addresses abroad
Different delivery times apply to orders shipped to an address abroad. The exact delivery time is provided on request, per order.

Parcel delivery of featherbeds, bedding and bed linen
Orders are delivered by PostNL or DHL. Your parcel is delivered to the address of your choice from Monday to Saturday. As soon as the carrier has processed your parcel, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. The courier makes a delivery attempt. If you are not at home, you will receive a digital notification of what has happened to the parcel. You can choose delivery to your neighbours or to a parcel point.

- Andorra*, Norway* and Switzerland*: €38.00 (minimum order value €150)

Delivery of mattresses, box springs and headboards
Mattresses, box springs and headboards are delivered by a furniture carrier. The transport costs depend on the destination country and the order value:

• Netherlands, Belgium: free delivery
• Germany, France, Luxembourg: €250 for an order value up to €1,249.99, €400 from €1,250
• Italy, Austria, Spain, Switzerland: €350 for an order value up to €1,249.99, €650 from €1,250
• Other countries: on request

Outside the EU, any import or customs duties will be charged when the order arrives in the destination country. As the customer, you are responsible for these costs, which may vary from country to country. The amount is calculated by the customs authorities of the country where the order is delivered. If you would like to know to what extent you will have to pay these duties, please contact the customs authorities of the country concerned.
