Your welcome gift
When you become a member, you receive 25 loyalty points as a welcome gift. These points are automatically added to your account, after which you keep earning towards rewards with every order.

As a member, you earn 1 point per €1. You can also earn points in other ways.

You become a member by creating an account (or logging in) on our website and signing up for the membership. Joining is free of charge.
You earn points by placing an order on our website, or in one of our Concept Stores, while logged in to your account. The points are automatically linked to your account. In your account, you will find even more ways to earn points.
You earn points based on your order value: 1 point per €1. Points are calculated on the amount paid after discount and include shipping costs.
Once you have enough points, you can redeem a reward in your account. You will then receive a discount code that you can apply at checkout.
Your points are valid for up to 12 months after they are awarded. After this period, they expire automatically.
You can view your current points balance when you log in to your account on our website.
You can redeem your points for the following rewards:

Rewards are valid on reduced items, outlet items and bundles.
Your points are credited immediately after a purchase. You can always see your points balance in your account.
In the event of a (partial) return, the points you earned with that item are deducted from your points balance again.
A maximum of one reward can be used per order.
Rewards apply to all products (including shipping costs) and are also valid on gift cards.
Yes. When your account or membership is terminated, any outstanding points and unredeemed rewards expire.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. Our loyalty system automatically and strictly links earned points to the specific email address used to place the order. For technical and security reasons, points from different email addresses or accounts cannot be merged or transferred between them.
No. Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be paid out.
No. Points and rewards are personal and linked to a single account. They are not transferable.
DOUXE may change or end the membership, the points thresholds or the terms and conditions. We will inform you of any important changes by email and/or via the website.
